RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021
The Reserve Bank of India has established the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021, to provide a cost-free and expeditious complaint redressal mechanism for customers of regulated entities including NBFCs.
Key features: The scheme covers complaints relating to deficiency in service by regulated entities. Complaints can be filed online at https://cms.rbi.org.in, by calling 14448, or by sending an email to crpc@rbi.org.in. There is no cost to the complainant.
